What Does Graduation Involve?

  • Those who have completed their courses and successfully passed our Exam Board in 2025 will be conferred with their award at our Graduation Ceremony. This ceremony is arranged by the college and attended by the College President, academics and invited guests.

  • Each student can invite up to two guests, who can be booked when booking your own attendance. Additional guest tickets can be purchased for a fee of €10 per person. If you would like to purchase an additional ticket, you can do so by following the relevant link below.

  • The Graduation Ceremony will take place in person on Saturday, February 7th, 2026. If you do not attend your ceremony, you will be conferred in absentia.

  • Those attending must register in advance for their academic robes for the ceremony. If you are attending, you must book a robe in the relevant section below.

  • Setanta has arranged for Professional photographers, who will capture the moment with you and your guests. These photos can be purchased from Inpho in the week following the ceremony.

  • Tea/coffee and pastries will be served before the ceremony commences.

  • During the ceremony, you will be presented with your award certificate by Setanta’s Academic Director.

  • If you do not attend graduation, a digital version of your certificate will be emailed to you after the ceremony. If you would like a physical version, these can be either collected in person or you can purchase delivery in the relevant section below.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Registration for this years graduation has no closed.
  • Ensure you have booked your robe with our supplier, Armstrong & Oxford, through the relevant link above.
  • You do not need to pre-book photography. This can be arranged on the day.

If you cannot attend the ceremony, please select No in the attendance form. You will then be graduated in abstentia and a digital certificate will be sent to you after the ceremony.

The event will take place in the Thomond Suite at Thomond Park. Guests should enter via the stadium reception doors on the East Stand. Please note that car parking is limited; if you wish to avail of parking, we recommend arriving early.

Arrival and check in opens at 11:00. After checking in, you will be directed to gown collection and photography.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be served before the ceremony begins.

The ceremony will commence at 12:30 sharp. During the ceremony, graduands will be called individually to collect their parchments, followed by an address from our keynote speaker.

The event is expected to conclude between 14:00 and 14:30.

Formal/Semi formal is the traditional attire for a conferring ceremony. Please remember you must book a robe to collect your parchment.

There is limited parking available within the stadium.
